Team Lead of Recruitment

• Search, selection and selection of candidates for vacancies in the product block;
• Conducting interviews with candidates, collecting recommendations (if necessary);
• Development of a system of requirements for candidates together with the product team;

• Presentation of candidates to product managers / hiring managers;
• Help in adapting a new employee in a new team;
• Market analysis, understanding of IT market trends;
• Participation in IT conferences and various IT events for the further development of a database of IT specialists;
• Maintaining job sites for personnel search;
• Maintaining internal statistics and reporting on vacancies / candidates;
• Organizes the hiring of an employee to work with the passage of the probationary period, monitors the quality of work of a new employee;
• Interaction with recruitment agencies as necessary, documentation and tracking of payments;

Expected results:
• Search for quality candidates, and closing vacancies by the recruiting department.

• Experience in a grocery company (not necessary, but highly desirable);
• Understanding what Agile, Lean, Lean startup are;
• Basic knowledge in software development;
• Understanding what developers really do and what drives them;
• Sociability, the ability to build friendly partnerships with candidates, sell them the company and the main advantages of the company;
• Consistency, ability to lead a funnel of candidates, find bottlenecks in the organization of the hiring process;
• Preferred companies: Digital / IT;
• Preferred specialization: TL Recruitment;
• Preferred experience: from 2 years in senior level recruiting.
